Ive a bit of a confession to make,Im a dietitian who is absolutely MAD about food!Not just your high fibre,low fat kind but everything in between from a gooey baked camembert to a sinful baked cheesecake!I am in the final year of a PhD in nutrition & my life from next year is a blank canvas. For years I thought the culinary adventure may be the way but I wasnâ€™t sure how.This competition could just answer that!Spending every day indulging in cooking, well that would be food heaven for a foodie!

Scones are one of my favourite foods warm from the oven with cream and jam!These scones are a labour of love after trying many a recipe.Using the rub in method,warm milk & a couple spoons of crÃ¨me fraiche makes fantastically light scones. Adding frozen berries (a wee bit messy if you use fresh!) and chunks of white chocolate makes a sweet alternative.Homemade raspberry jam (the only one Iâ€™ve mastered to set properly!) goes great with these scones.
