Hi i am currently unemployed and my bigest food critics are my three kids. With time on my hands i have begun to do more challenging dishes. we grow our own veg and love foraging. free food tastes great. I have always had anvinkling that somewhere in my future is a career or business that will include my total love for food, maybe this is my chance?....

In this dish I have stuffed the porksteak with a chard and prawn filling. Sealed it and then roasted it. the filo chard rolls are kind of a deep fried spring roll. it has olives and onion and garlic with chopped chard.i have garnished the plate with a savory prawn caramel.
