Ive always liked cooking and loved food and recently I've stopped being lazy and tried to make of some that said food I love.Ive become interested in old traditions of cooking-cheese making,butter making,bread making and tried my hand at wine and beer making(you need something to go with the cheese).While my efforts are slowly getting better I definitely need the help from Ballymaloe Cookery School.The chance to bring my life in a new direction that could end in new employment would be a dream

The pizza is an Irish take on an Italian tradition.It's simple and quick but delicious and different.The base is white yeast bread.The base is topped with a simple tomato and garlic sauce,topping is black and white pudding(Clonakilty of course),caramelised apple(home grown),homemade ricotta(it started out as mozzarella but seems like I need cooking lessons to perfect my cheese making!),and a little sprinkling of 100% cocoa.It pizza justa likea your Mammy usta make
