I first started cooking at the age of 14. The first thing I cooked was a chicken for the sunday dinner,from that day on I was hooked.I then started baking for my nanny which she loved. Years later I did my first dinner party which I totally loved, trying different things that would pop into my head form time to time. The reason why I would love to win cheffactor is to be given the chance to learn at a world renowned cooking school and turn my ideas into masterpieces.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
My dish is pan fried scallops on a bed of crushed mint peas, with powdered chorizo and parmesan risotto. This dish was created for my sisters birthday, as my present to her as she never had scallops before and always wanted to try them. The dish cooked in my head for a few days before hand, just from different things I tried previously. I think she liked it.
