This would be an amazing opportunity for me, I would love to learn more about different flavours and techniques, growing tips, how to run your own business- what you canâ€™t learn in cook books. Food has played a huge part in my life and as a result I now eat and drink everything or at the very least will give it a go. I love how it brings people together and everyone can have an opinion on it.

The seafood chowder is composed of a base of vegetables with a trio of fish- salmon, smoked coley and cod, the mixture can vary depending on personal preferences.The'soup' is a fish stock base with cream and a drop of brandy. The overall taste is a light chowder with a nice level of heat to it. The Guinness bread is a good accompaniment to the chowder itâ€™s very moist the walnuts add an extra crunch to the dish.
