I should win Cheffactor because I would like to bring a more international diversity in the food scene in Ireland by making people discover dishes from the country where I grew up, Madagascar. I have the passion, I know the food, I am motivated. I only miss that part that will turn a good idea into a great project and this is a professional training. So Cheffactor team, help me make it real and send me to Ballymaloe cookery school!

I have presented here lamb samoussas. Those amazing little triangles are originally from India. However they have become a very popular snack in Madagascar with different fillings from various meat to vegetables, etc. Mine here are filled with onions, lamb mince, cumin, salt and pepper. They are delicious with a few drops of fresh lemon juice and perfect for sharing with friends and have a good time!

I did try them...they are really as delicious as they look! they only thing is that they finish too fast with friends around!
